Reconstruction after Mastectomy for Breast Cancer

Patient presented for breast reconstruction after right mastectomy was performed for breast cancer. Post-operative result after 3 stages 2 years later.

The right breast was reconstructed with tissue (fat and skin) from the abdomen without any implant. The left breast was augmented with a 300cc subglandular saline implant. The nipple was made from surrounding tissue and the areola was tattooed. Multiple options for breast reconstruction after mastectomy were discussed at length.
